New Build Apartment Development, Sheffield

Project overview

Supplied and installed a 25kWp flat roof solar PV system for a new build apartment block in Sheffield.

The installation was designed to support the development’s planning requirements and help meet its SAP calculations, while also generating clean electricity for the flats and landlord supply. The system produces around 20,000kWh of solar electricity each year, helping to reduce the building’s reliance on grid energy.

Over the next 25 years, the system is expected to save around 215 tonnes of CO2, supporting the long-term sustainability of the development.
